At Wintergreen Northern Wear, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your outdoor adventures, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization number and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or your local post office.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our Ely, Minnesota workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
